Armed with an APHE autocannon featuring the best aim speed in the game, it can quickly acquire targets and steadily chip away at enemy vehicles. While its individual shots may not be devastating, it's enough to maintain constant pressure throughout an engagement.

One of the Marder's most dangerous tools is its anti-tank mines. These can be placed in unexpected locations to deny routes, protect flanks, or punish aggressive pushes. Vehicles lacking shields or explosive reactive armour are especially vulnerable, often taking severe damage if they trigger a well-positioned mine. Commanders who learn common travel routes can really hinder the enemy.
